February 2027 Bar Exam Notice
Registration for the February 2027 bar exam will open on October 1, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and close on October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless seating capacity is filled sooner. Seating capacity is 750 seats. Seats will be filled on a first come, first served basis. There is no late registration period.
Results for the July 2026 exam will be released to July bar exam takers on or before October 23, 2026. Seats will be set aside for individuals who do not pass the July 2026 exam, and a special application period (for these individuals only) opened from October 30, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and closed on November 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless seating capacity is filled sooner.

Applicants should take note of the new exam day policy allowing clear bags only.
Concurrent applications: applicants who are sitting for the February 2027 bar exam in a different UBE or NextGen UBE jurisdiction may make a concurrent application to the District of Columbia from December 1 to December 30, 2026.
