July 2026 Bar Exam Accommodations

The notification of accommodation decisions for the July 2026 bar exam will be posted to application accounts on a rolling basis.  June 10, 2026 is the projected date for the completion of the first review of all timely submitted accommodation requests. This date does not apply for applications submitted during the special application period for those unsuccessful on a February 2026 exam.

All documentation must be uploaded through the application portal. Documents submitted by email will not be reviewed. 

Appeals and emergency requests will be decided after all timely requests have been reviewed.  The contact email address for emergency requests is updated to DCAccommodations@dcappeals.gov as of May 1, 2026.

The contact email address for all questions is DCAccommodations@dcappeals.gov.  The Committee on Admissions kindly asks that applicants hold questions about the status of their accommodation request until June 15, 2026.”
