Notice to Unsuccessful Februray 2026 Applicants
Applicants from any jurisdiction who were unsuccessful on the February 2026 bar exam, and who meet all other requirements may apply for the July 2026 exam beginning April 20, 2026 at 9:00am Eastern Time. Please read the instructions on How to Apply carefully.
Please note that there are limited seats available and the application period of April 20 until May 1st may be shortened if all seats are filled before May 1st at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. All deadlines as stated in the instructions are FINAL. There are no exceptions.
If you have already taken the UBE a total of four times, you are ineligible to apply for this exam.
