Updated Guidance for Applicants with non-ABA Law Degrees

Pursuant to Rule 46(c)(4) and (d)(3)(D), the guidance regarding the eligible courses to satisfy the 26-credit requirement has been updated to include the additional foundational concepts, principles, and lawyering skills to be test on the NextGen UBE starting July 2026.
