January 2026 Virtual Swearing-In Ceremony

The virtual swearing in ceremonies will be held at 10:00am, 12:00PM, and 3:00pm EST on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. 

The ceremonies will be live streamed on the D.C. Courts YouTube channel for family and friends to view. Each will last approximately 15-20 minutes. 

All applicants certified for admission in 2025 or by January 17, 2026, including applicants who have already been admitted, may attend. 

Please return your oath documents ASAP to the email address indicated in your certification letter even if  you plan to attend the virtual ceremony.

The registration link for the virtual ceremony will be posted on this website January 5th -19th. Participation in the ceremony is optional.
