Request for Testing Accommodations Form


Bar exam applicants requesting testing accommodations are required to complete and upload a Request for Testing Accommodations Form as a part of their application materials.  This form will be available as a fillable PDF through the admissions portal once an application is initiated and screening questions answered.  A sample of the form is available here.
