Information Regarding Accommodation Requests

The notification of accommodation decisions for the February 2026 bar exam will be posted to application accounts on a rolling basis beginning November 15, 2025. December 15, 2025 is the projected date for the completion of the first review of all timely submitted accommodation requests. All documentation must be uploaded through the portal. Documents submitted by email will not be reviewed. 

An applicant who is requesting the same accommodation granted for a prior District of Columbia administered bar exam must upload a copy of the grant letter.  Accommodation requests are due at the same time the application is submitted. Additional documents may be submitted until the application closes. No  documentation will be reviewed if it is submitted after the  application deadline (November 10, 2025, 11:59 pm). 

Appeals and emergency requests will be decided after all timely requests have been reviewed.

The Committee on Admissions kindly asks that applicants hold questions about the status of their accommodation request until December 16^th.
