Notice to Unsuccessful February Bar Exam Takers

Applicants from any jurisdiction who were unsuccessful on the February 2025 bar exam, and who meet all other requirements may apply for the July 2025 exam beginning May 1, 2025 at 9:00am Eastern Time. Please read the instructions on How to Apply carefully.

Please note that there are limited seats available and the application period of May 1 thru May 8th may be shortened if all seats are filled before May 8th at 5:00 pm Eastern Time. All deadlines as stated in the instructions are FINAL. There are no exceptions.

If you have already taken the UBE a total of four times, you are ineligible to apply for this exam.
