Concurrent UBE Score Transfer Application

Applicants who are sitting for the February bar exam in a different UBE jurisdiction may make a concurrent application to the District of Columbia beginning December 1st through December 15th by : 1. creating an application account and  2. selecting the Application for Admission by Transferred UBE Score located under  Information and Applications.  A minimum UBE score of 266 and a minimum MPRE score of 75 are required to create eligibility for admission. Applicants by concurrent UBE score Transfer are responsible for requesting that NCBE report their score to the District of Columbia. UBE scores must be reported to D.C. on or before June 15, 2026. Concurrent applicants who are successful on the February 2026 exam may expect to be reviewed for certification within four to six weeks after the Committee on Admissions determines that the background investigation has been completed and that all other conditions for admission have been met.

Application fees are not refundable or transferable. Fees for a concurrent application do not carry over to future exams or to other methods of application for admission. The applications for individuals who do not provide an official score report from NCBE with a UBE score of 266 by June 15, 2026 will be terminated. Individuals with qualifying scores who do not provide an official report by the deadline will be required to submit a new application. UBE scores are valid for up to five years after their publication.
